Are colors exactly as shown?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings, but we do our best to match as closely as possible. Rest assured, your design will print as shown with vibrant colors and excellent detail—our printing techniques ensure high-quality, beautiful results every time!
What is the return policy?
Because every item is personalized and made-to-order, we can't accept returns for customization changes or cancellations once your order is placed.
However, if there's a quality issue—like a manufacturing defect, print problem, or damage—we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it's submitted?
Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel orders once they're submitted since they go immediately into production. However, we'll replace or refund any order with quality issues like defects or damage—just contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please double-check all your personalization details and order information before placing your order!
When will I get my order?
Your personalized order takes 5-7 business days to create. During peak times, production may take a little longer, but we do our best to ship on time.
Once it's handed off to our shipping partner, delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout. We'll send you tracking information so you can follow your package as soon as it ships!
Please note: we're not responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves our facility.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products ship from different locations in the US to get to you as quickly as possible:
- Fleece blankets ship from Georgia
- Woven blankets and pillow covers ship from North Carolina
- Wall art ships from either our East or West coast facility, depending on your location
You'll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can follow its journey!
If I order multple items, will everything ship together?
Since our products ship from different locations, each item will arrive separately. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment so you can track everything individually!
How much does shipping cost?

Where do you ship?
Right now we only ship to the US but plan to expand soon! Stay tuned!
Can I include a gift message?
Unfortunately, we're not able to include gift messages at this time since we work with different production partners. We're actively working on a solution and hope to offer this option soon!
